Sometimes ingredients can look daunting on the back of any skincare product. Until we all know the role they play in formulations, the names can make us think they are bad!

Luckily we are here to reassure you that our formulas have the highest of  standards when it comes to ingredients and your skin.

Our formulas are rich in vitamins so they can nurture and nourish your skin while you are making it glow. Here are a few of our key ingredients and their benefits:

Kakadu plum (Vitamin C), Argan Oil (High in Vitamin E), Raspberry Seed Oil (high in antioxidants and Vitamin A), Glycerin (Humectant that hydrates outer layer of skin and improves the skin barrier function)

Water
Aqua, Eau

Propylene Glycol
+ Propylene glycol is commonly used in moisturisers, as it holds moisture in the skin - keeping it soft and young. Great for use in masks, as it prevents over-drying.

Dihydroxyacetone
(Our Collection is 100% natural)
Dihydroxyacetone is used as skin bronzing in cosmetics. Also referred to as DHA, it is the active ingredient that gives the skin a beautiful, safe tanned effect.

Glycerin
Glycerin helps the skin stay hydrated and protected. It stops the skin from drying.

Terminalia Ferdinandiana (Kakadu Plum) Fruit Extract
This super power extract comes from a native Australian plant and can combat fine lines, protect the skin against hyperpigmentation, hydrate the skin and can help prevent acne. It contains Vitamin C and E and is hydrating, nourishing and restoring. 

Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Fruit Powder
This ingredient comes from Coconuts and is used as a form of skin conditioning. It is moisturising and protective for all skin types. It is a high performing humectant (a substance that helps keep products moisturised and preserved).

Dimethyl Isosorbide
This is a naturally derived pure solvent which enhances the performance of active ingredients, especially DHA which is the 100% natural ingredient which makes you nice and tanned. 

Ethoxydiglycol
We love this as it plays a role in making our sunless tanning products streak free and glides on so smoothly. It also helps the function and texture of our products. 

Caramel 
Yep, you guessed it. This is caramel, like the food we love. It is used as a colourant for sunless tans. 
Cocamidopropyl Betaine
Derived from coconuts, this ingredient is hydrating and cleansing.

PEG-12 Dimethicone
This funny sounding ingredient plays an important role. It can help the overall texture of a product and performs as a skin conditioning agent assisting to the silky feeling you experience when applying our products.

Caprylyl/Capryl Glucoside
This cleansing ingredient helps foam up our foaming products while operating as a mild cleanser for sensitive skin. It also acts as an emulsifier blending water with essential oils. 

Rubus Idaeus (Raspberry) Seed Oil
A beautiful vitamin rich nourishing product which helps retain water in the skin, keeping our skin cells looking fresh and youthful in appearance. 

Argania Spinosa (Argan) Kernel Oil
This antioxidant rich, moisturising powerhouse heals and replenishes skin for a radiant glow. It's benefits include anti-ageing, reduces puffiness, is nurturing for acne prone skin and controls skin oils. 

Rosa Canina (Rose Hip) Fruit Oil
This natural plant derived oil oil smooths and strengthens the skins barrier, while moisturises the skin and provides beneficial fatty acids.

Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C)
Ascorbic Acid is the purest form of Vitamin C and has many benefits to your skin. It can boost collagen, heal scars, enhance the appearance of skin and reduce the appearance of aging. 

Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E)
A powerful antioxidant and form of Vitamin E which can nurture the skin and assist in the signs of aging. It strengthens the protective barrier of the skin and moisturises.

Troxerutin
Troxerutin has antioxidant properties and strengthens capillary walls. It helps skin stay strong.

Phenoxyethanol
You may have seen this ingredient in many skincare products. The main purpose for this ingredient is to prevent bacteria and increase the shelf life and ensures safety. 

Ethylhexylglycerin
Ethylhexylglycerin can boost the effectiveness of the bacteria preventing  ingredient Phenoxyethanol, as well as act as a preservative. 

Cetyl Hydroxyethylcellulose
This thickening ingredient is excellent for dry skin due to its moisturising effects.

Citric Acid
Citric Acid is a wonder ingredient assisting in reducing fine lines, even skin tones as well as brightening and softening and smoothing skin.
